Jeff Meller, Chief Effluent Officer (CEO)
Jeff previously has served for four years as a fund manager for the GMO Emerging Illiquid Fund focused on public and private infrastructure investments in emerging markets. For fifteen years he was a lawyer specializing in infrastructure finance. Jeff has a J.D. from Vermont Law School and a B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University.
Jen Muir, PE, Wastewater Engineer
Jen assesses wastewater treatment plant energy consumption and CHP opportunities for Methane Harvest. She is an environmental engineer specializing in energy evaluations and funding of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects at wastewater plants. For ten years Jen managed water and wastewater infrastructure and energy projects while working for national environmental consulting firms. Jen has B.S. and M.Eng. degrees from MIT.
Todd Thorner, VP, Project Development
Todd is a co-founder and Executive Vice President overseeing project origination and development for Foresight Wind Energy. Todd has over 12 years of experience in the electric power industry. Todd earned a Masters in Energy and Environmental Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC. He has his B.A. from Wesleyan University.
